Westcoast Motor Show 2019 - Part 1 - Yankee cars - 21th of September - Vaasa, Finland

Here are final photos from my trip to Vaasa and Westcoast Motor Show held in Botnia Hall three weeks ago 😊 It was a brilliant show once again with lots of cool vehicles to shoot.

Check out also my other posts from Westcoast Motor Show:

Part 2 - Classic cars
Part 3 - Tuner cars

I still have plenty of photos to go through from events I visited during summer and autumn. Also posts of my current projects are coming soon. There's been few hickups but also lots of progress regarding my GT250K build. Plenty of parts has arrived for CBR600F during last few month so that I can kick off that build too 😎

Autot ja Viihde 2018 - 29th of September - Lahti, Finland - Yankee Car Show - Part 1/3 - Hot Rods

Autot ja Viihde is the last of the big car shows in the calendar and marks the end of the summer cruising season in Finland. This year show was divided into two parts, Yankee Car Show and X-treme Car Show, and occupied three halls of the Expo center of Lahti, which worked as a venue for the event. Cars from all over Scandinavia participated to the three day event. There was also a lot see outside where Hobbyist Car Park gathered a lot nice cars from nearby areas.

Billy Gibbons from ZZ-Top; Jimmy Shine, a well known fabricator, car builder and owner of Shine Speedshop, and Gene Winfield, legendary car customizer, were special guests for this year's event. They gave out two awards, which were designated by them. Gene also participated into a demonstration, which included chopping a car in front of live audience.

Check out rest of the event photos from links below:

PS: I visited MP-messut, a motorcycle expo, last Saturday and next Saturday I will go to Kustom Kulture Show. Stay tuned for pictures from those events later 😊

American Car Show 2018 - 30th of March - Helsinki, Finland - Part 1/4 - Yankees (and couple Euros)

This year's American Car Show offered again lots of diversity and unique vehicles from different decades. Oldest were from early 1900's like the 1906 REO Model 8HP Runabout. Since there were so many nice cars it would be difficult to pick favorite ones. But as a big fan of old aircooled VW's, it was nice to see car like the 60's T2 Panel Van, which I also included to the end of this photo set.

There were a lot to see with four different shows, American Car Show, Tuning Car Show, Motorsport and MC Heaven, included to one event at the same time. I divided my blog posts and photos by those shows. Please check them out! 😊

Yankee and X-treme Car Show Lahti October 2016 - Part 1 of 6 - American cars from 1920s, 30s and 40s

Last week end I made a 510 km (316 miles) long trip from Oulu to Lahti to visit one of the biggest annual Finnish car shows. While attending to the event I took lots of pictures. I decided to divide them to six different parts. Due to the amount of people attending the show it was sometimes difficult to find a suitable moment to take pictures of the most interesting vehicles. Here are photos of 1920s, 30s and 40s American cars displayed at the event. Take a look!
